I saw a really inspirational blog lately... and it made me want to live that way... in my girl moments when I have them...
which thankfully to my sweet partner Erik they are way more often than most I'm sure, and I publicly appreciate that ~ Thank you Sweet Erik :)
For Christmas he got me tickets to the best concert I've ever been to.
Carrie Underwood. This is quite a compliment as I've seen many concerts and have been amazed by many performers... and our seats weren't even the BEST... but it didn't matter... the girl ROCKED. And I appreciate a rocking girl for sure :)
It was really fun for me to be able to bring with my my newest little sister... Angie Ashton.
It was really fun to get to know her better and to share some fun moments with. Thanks Angie for being such a perfect date!
Erik even took one for the team by watching both Malachi and his newest cousin Kiera.
We came home at the perfect midnight hour after enjoying some YUMMY artichoke dip and calamari and being completely entertained at the
Chopstix up in Everett right next to the Comcast Arena where so many fab concerts have been going on lately. It's a great venue... small enough to not have a really bad seat in the house, yet big enough to get a good concert feel.
It was super fun for us to go and not be mom's for the night... but to just have fun doing what we do so well... being GIRLS!! :)
